Better do your homework.
Dana 60's weren't offered in '92 trucks.
Sterling 10.25's were.
completely different animal.

Dana 60's were definitely used in the fronts.
If you are a F350, the Dana of choice for the rear is a Dana70. The last year they put in one of those was 1986(roughly).
1987 was the advent of the Sterling 10.25
I've been proven wrong many times. take your best shot here.

Thank you for posting that. It's the best information I have seen for DANA axle identification;Sweet
Dana info is about right. Unfortunately, their F450 info is in serious error. If I am reading the linky right on the ford 10.25" rear, THEY claim that the rear can be found in the F450. Definately not so. Only the Dana 80 is the one in those monsters.

Dang, I thought the 350 duallys were dana 70 or 80 while only the SRW were the sterling 10.25.

nope.the 80 is found in the Fsuper duty.but you can find a dana 70HD in those E350 limo busses.same width as a dually pickups rear but you gotta cut the spring perches off and move them.been there, done that :D
