IDI guy needs help

A customer in Middleborough Mass needs someone to pull his turbo so it can come to me for work. He has skeletal issues that prevent him from doing it.

I believe he's saying it needs to be pulled (removed from the truck) so it can be shipped off to be rebuilt.
