Yes Wes of Classic Diesel Design right here. Makes them for NA and factory turbo engines. I bought one for one of mine . Very nicely done. And through Fri has a 10% discount going on .

I'll order one after I buy a truck new enough to use this style glow plugs/controller. No, I'm not going to switch styles in the 85!

We get glowplug questions and connector harness problems on a regular basis, it's one of the few things on these engines that can give trouble. I just went through mine, found one bad glowplug and in the process broke one of the glowplug wiring connectors off. I just happened to have in my stash the bullet connectors people talk about once in awhile, they fit the tip of the later style glowplugs perfectly. One thing no one ever gives is an exact part number. I wrote it down off the package, the local parts stores should have these, there are about a dozen or so in the package.

For what it's worth... I would. I did this upgrade a year ago or so. Best thing I could have done. I also have a bypass in case the controller dies so I can direct inject so to speak.

Mine's on a push button and doesn't have a controller so I doubt that it will go bad.:)
