Welcome to the forum.
It's hard, for me, to tell from the video.
Use an automotive stethoscope, or a section of 3/8“ hose, to isolate the area from which the concerning noise is coming and report back.

I might hear the ticking suound you are referring but if so it's not something i'd be concerned about personally. Do thse clips capture the sound as you hear it?

Is the truck a manual? Since the truck is stationary am thinking clutch and belt components first but that's just a quick stab. Turned up the sound a bit and what I'm assuming to be the ticking seems inconsistent

Also is the sound correlated to any speed or RPMs?

My truck also makes this noise, but also while revved up, not just at idle.

I thought it might be the vacuum pump

I inspected rockers and checked pushrods for play, all good there.

My truck is manual, but at idle makes exact same noise.

Interested to see if either of us find it…

I have heard of, warped flexplates clicking against starter gear, just something else to throw around

I read a thread not too far back and it was a cracked Flex Plate. OB or FTE, don`t remember.

EDIT: Found the thread, Post# 33 it is Greenie`s truck, finally took it to a shop and they discovered it was the FP.
