WHAT IS "FRIENDS" ??

I have been getting "notifications" and have no idea what I do.

I clicked on something and things went haywire, so some people may get a notification and not know why.

What is the advantage and function of the "friends" deal and how does it work ??



I know this question probably belongs in another section, but this section is the only one I ever visit.
