Water temp on 06`

Its runs just a hair below 200? is this normal? Also what brand of antifreeze is good to use? The stuff in it now is orange and its right on the add line.

200...normal
go to the dealer and add the orange stuff, unless you want to do an entire drain, flush and refill with green.
