Power steering cooler thought

the radiator trans cooler is intentionally designed to slow down the flow for max heat transfer. you need flow for the PS cooler.
That's what I said about the input to Rad fitting, it's an Orifice, you have to drill it out larger.

i ran a decent sized aux trans cooler for my power steering in the red dually. the one on the crossmember got damaged. i made new metal lines that routed the fluid to the front of the rad then only had 5 inch long rubber connecting the two.

I never did anything to open up the cooler in the bottom of the radiator. Maybe next time I'm under the truck I'll take a mirror and have a look in the holes.
And it's a Champion 3 row radiator.
