Is there a way to use an lines for a Saginaw, f-superduty hydroboost set up?

I’m somehow have been using the factory superduty line but the bends are less than idea and no one around me will make a p/s line

I know that the Saginaw high pressure line size is M16-1.50 but no sure on the steering gear and hydroboost or size if an to use as I’ve never touched an before so any advice would be awesome

After rummaging part descriptions I believe that the inlet to the hydro is 11/16” an6 is basically 3/8 which sounds correct
Still hunting for high pressure outlet and high pressure gearbox sizes
from what I’ve found saginaws produce 1200 psi highest rating an hose I’ve found was 1000 psi

Figured out the hose it’s ptfe now I need ptfe fitting time to start over parts list

The Saginaw pump pressure line is M16-1.50

and the steering gear pressure side is 1/2" inverted flare. here's the pressure hose between the Saginaw pump and the ford steering gearbox, which is on both trucks with Ford pumps and vans with Saginaw pumps.

Oh this might be more useful, both of the gearbox ports. they're both inverted flare.

@KansasIDI

I'll get pictures of my setup for you and dig up any part numbers that I can. I used hydraulic hose and AN fittings that had to be wrenched on. Definitely no cheap aluminum AN fittings for that application.

I think I’ve got it
1-16mm to 6an for Saginaw
2-11/16 to 6an for hydro
Stainless ptfe 6an line
3-ptfe 6an to hose end
1-1/2” inverted flare to 6an
3-90 degree 6an to hose end
Does this all look correct? I want a strait for Saginaw and then 90’s for gearbox and both hydros

Can’t find the hose separators for the ptfe .430” od yet

Phone posting, sent wrong alert username.

I used a rubber lined P clamp on each hose and then bolted them together to separate my lines. Haven't been home yet today to get those pictures.

I used JIC ends and hydraulic hose, that stuff wasn't cheap at all. Same dimensions an AN ends, but usually way stronger. Pictures added for ya. Third picture has the separators I made up. Looks funky because the engine is apart while I install Russ' cam and Comp 910-16 springs.

I highly recommend NOT using hydraulic hoses or any metal braided lines from the pump to hydroboost as they couple engine noise and pump noise to the firewall, been there done it, sucks having that loud ps wine when turning or breaking.

As much as I don’t like extra noise I’m out of options

This is what I have going on with lines, most of thay had see 20k miles. Thats a fleetguard power steering reservoir off a big truck, may go to a smaller one since no good strap.

Down at the gear box, its a random assortment of fittings mostly. The high line is a crimp on 90 inverted flare, on hydrolic line and push-loc for return ones.

This shows for the reservoir.

I just changed the pump high out to a bango, this to give room for a turbo and was like the hydro.

The one I found, had to have the bolt shortened.

At the hydro, its cut end and crimp on steel compreshions for hydraulic hose. Thay have not given any issues and is silent most the time, you have to max the wheel to a side and barry the brake to get a peep. 1 line got sorter, so they got moved around and return needed a an 90 thats mia to this shot.

Lol you have a commercial sized ps reservoir. Does it have the filter in it too? Shoot I'd keep it just for that.
As jury rigged as this is, it looks great, I'd leave it.
