121203924 B The analysis of the oil sample taken from your Diesel Engine indicates that readings are higher then normal. Engine application/operation changes; excessive idling and maintenance practices can effect these readings. Soot level is influenced by fuel system operation; lugging and or inlet air restriction. Copper; Sodium and Potassium are early indicators of antifreeze contamination developing. Check to see if coolant level is going down, if not adding extra coolant and or water watch coolant level and next sample for any change. Continue observation of this compartment with proven preventive maintenance practices and sampling at manufacturer's recommended intervals.

theres the results. the lower row of numbers was my first sample taken back in july 2011. used kendall titanium motor oil then. now i am on RP full syn. the soot number i am sure has to do with the moose pump. the traces of coolant has me a little worried.

Hmm well I am not too familiar with reading oil samples but coolant traces in the oil can cause concerns. Have you ever replaced the head gaskets in that engine? Coolant traces can com from a few places I suppose. Head gaskets, maybe oil coolers, cavitation, and water pump are the ones I can think of.
As for the soot levels, I wouldn't worry much about that lol.

I cant make heads or tails out of that mess. Can you give it some space so it's not all bunched up?
