OBS Intercooler Install

i noticed that the 6.0 cooler is 3 inches taller, and a little bit thicker. i never did measure the thickness. the 7.3 cooler was 18 inches tall and the 6.0 was 21.

Well I suck at remembering to take pictures along the way but here's the pipes i came up with. Made 'em all outta 3" exhaust tubing. Good access to the oil fill but marginal access to the dipstick. Cold side was easy, 3 short 90*'s . Hot side is 2 90's & a 45* cut up a bit to make it past the A/C compressor. I've made a new intake tube which I don't have a pic of yet because I did the CCV mod to. Don't laugh at the welds, my Lincoln is dying........
