yes and no.itll fit and function just fine.but there were some slight changes made in the jamb

However.... the inside door panels are different, and are not necessarily a bolt on kinda thing....

E-2 (90 F-350 CC) has 80-86 doors on the passenger side. The vent window in the front is a different size, and on a CC the rear door has the Small, stationary window in the front of the opening and a 3/4 size open-able window. The outside body lines matched, but the inner door panels do not fit well, and they do not like to close well.... may be an adjustment thing, may be the jamb issue that Rich mentioned......

buddy of mine had 80-86 rear doors on a 92. He had to do some mods to the inside of the door to get the 87 and up rear window in and get rid of the 80-86 2 part rear door glass. I think he had to add some holes. Once he was done it fit and looked right. Door functioned fine.
