how many flats can u turn the ip screw up from stock to full fuel

how many flats are there to turn up the pump all the way cause i have one turned up all the way i wana turn it down back to stock but dont know how many flats

no, 1/2 turn is 3 flats, so, 3/4 of a turn and you should still be turned up a lil but not quite 1 flat

OK, also in the realm of "no dumb questions" I need to turn my pump down a little, because I'm wasting fuel in clouds of black smoke.. So which direction is up/down- in or out/ clockwise-counter clockwise??

clock wise turns the screw in so more fuel, you want to go counter clockwise for less fuel
