Horn won't work?

Before you dismantle your steering wheel looking for a switch problem, check your cruise control module. The horn is grounded through the cc module for some reason.

IIRC, that's because they only have 3 wires(2 slip rings and ground) going into the steering wheel, and they are used for 5 cc buttons and the horn button.
each wire is doing several functions using various resistances between the wires.

Iirc, the horn relay may affect CC also.
