Some fuel information in his turbo thread. Should be either turbo or fuel. Geez.

OldBull8 I did not know I posted anything in this forum relating to turbos , however in the turbo post I accidentally posted about fuel pump in the wrong forum and did not know until typ4 answered it , so I am deleting those posts

I would be concerned about the fuel pressure under load. I know you revved up the engine but the fuel load can be considerably more under a load.

Like mentioned, as long as you have at least a couple psi under load you should be ok.

update on injectors

after pulling an injector out and cleaning up the gray ford paint on it , I found out they are united diesel injectors. so they have all been replaced.
now my only suspicion is that since the ip was dead , bad lift pump and dirty fuel system when I got the truck, if some bad fuel could have messed up the injectors.

btw I did replace the copper washer on each one.
