Look close at the 2nd to last pic...that manifold is toast. See the crack in the lower right of the flange? It may seal for abit but not for long. You might beable to take some nickle rod and fix it...bummer

It wouldnt work as a twin manifold unless you somehow capped the original exhaust exit... It would be really sweet if someone could make one but for the other side as well, and oh yeah, open up all the ports a little LOL

I got new rings for my 7.3 and I'm checking the ring gap. In the Helms manual on page 03-01d-107 it has the compression ring gap for the top ring at 0.013-0.045 and 0.060-0.085 for the second, does that mean that the gap is good if the gap measures between these numbers? This is my first diesel build so my appoligies if this is obvious.
