I have a stock 92 cummins with the NV4500 upgrade. I finally killed my clutch and need some advice on the new one. I don't want anything fancy, as I'm short on the cash. I'm looking at either a beck/arnley for about $450, a Sachs for $400, or some no name brand that says they use Luk parts for about $300. I don't know what's better if any, but I'm confused about one thing.

All of the web pages I've seen say that the 12 and a quarter inch clutch is a higher performance clutch than the 13 incher. That baffles me. The Sachs clutch for 400 is a 13", and the other 2 are the 12'ers. Any info would be great.

And even better would be someone that could hook me up with a clutch for cheaper. LOL

Where could I find a new slave cylinder assembly for a descent price??? I went out this morning and there seems to be no clutch pedal at all. Maybe it's the pressure plate???? There's just no resistance.
