replace every single rubber line.
mine started doing the same a while back, i traced it to a kinked rubber line that went to my WFS which was bi-passed.
replaced it and no air.
check the entire line for leaks.
at this point, i would even disconnect everything and blow air through the lines to make sure nothings blocking it.
