    Zf5 is Cracked In Two Places

    The bellhousing I can get fixed. But as I cleaned the case, I noticed I have a crack going half way around the rear section near the tailshaft. If like to think my case is stressed relieved, but I'm guessing my case is junk. Is anyone offering the rear section at a reasonable cost?

    Disecting a Vacuum Pump

    Pump is a bit hard to turn. I have it all apart, but I can''t get the shaft out. I tried a small punch at the rear of the housing, but the front bearing would only come out about 1/16". I figured I may as well disassemble and fix it as opposed to buying a reman for $116. Any ideas?
