New E4OD test run, help with shutter
Finally got my new Baumann controller in, which is sweet btw, but have a few issues. First, there is a very notifiable shutter when accelerating though first and second gear, then a horrible one when I get to about 60. All of the shifts are very very firm, but that could just be a tuning issue...- 02x72

Bench Bleeding Master Cylinder
I ended up getting it. The whole keep it level thing is a load of crap. Once I took it out of the vice and started pushing the MC in with it at all different angles it worked. Thanks for the help guys- 02x72

I thought the plastic plugs would be a problem as well, so I installed brass plugs nice and snug into the ports. After a few strokes the bubbles stop but it still wont build resistance. Each time the stroke gets a little shorter, then just stalls there- 02x72

For the life of me I cant get this damn thing to bleed. Two from Napa, and one from Orileys and they are all doing the same thing. won't build up pressure on the bench, and when installed the pedal has no resistance. All of them were new, not rebuilt. 7.3t engine removal questions
Last time I pulled the engine on my truck, I took the front tires off and supported it to where the rotors were just off the ground. I feel it helped a ton getting the 7.3 over the core support, and doing it by myself it definitely made me breathe a little easier having that extra foot to work...- 02x72

This is all I have for now. I found it easier to make a complete list, then break that down into smaller chunks to do. Oh and label EVERYTHING. I used one roll of 500' of black wire for everything, so if you dont have it labeled when you walk away from it good luck figuring out easily. I used Romex sheathing around the end of the wires since I use the stuff everyday and have an unlimited amount.- 02x72

I just re-wired my entire truck. Built a box in the engine bay that holds all of my relays and fuse block. Everything in there is nice and neat, and easy to navigate.
