i had a good running engine but i stored it outside under some tarps for 4 years. anyway it ran fine but i'd tried to turn it over by hand at crank shaft and it only turns over 1/2 way. I pulled valve covers and it looks great in there no rust. the valve train is moving on all but one cylinder. the valves aren't stuck. it weird to me because all the other intake and exhaust valves move but this cylinder no movement at all in valvle train. ANy ideas??
