Hello all,

I have purchased and installed all new components for A/C in my 88 except mounting the compressor. FS6 style v-belt. Desperately need all the brackets for the compressor and also the engine mounted ones the PS pump mounts to. The ones on the truck looks to be homeade, and will not even remotely begin to work with the standard FS6 brackets.

I am looking to get this installed ASAP, while I have the time to work on the truck. Also want to get it going before our wonderful summers here in Bakersfield, Commifornia! 105+ sometimes! Been 5 years without A/C and finally bit the bullet and installed everything brand new. Old system was R12/R134 mix match components. This is the last thing holding it up.

Thanks in advance!

I have all that stuff but I'm in north west Florida. If nothing closer shows up, maybe we can work something out.

That's the C thing for the front, tab for the back, cast aluminum thing to the block, and the AC line holder.

Notice the funky a/c bracket above PS pump. Was on truck before I rebuilt engine. Reused it when I re-installed engine.

Did you ever get the bracket? I have 3 of them laying around because I bought 2 short blocks and the guy sent long blocks so I have extra parts that I'm not going to use. Not in Florida, but over here in Louisiana in the Florida Parishes, so shipping wouldn't be bad at all.
