I have found a 99 F-250 4X4 with 106,000 miles it has been turned on its top. I was wondering if I could find a cab and bed cheap enough to come out? I can get the rolling chasis for $5,000.

I personally don't think you can find a cab on the cheap and by the time you paint and any other work you can buy a running truck OR you could offer the guy $2500 cash-it would definitly be a project

well i can say they are nice trucks. i would say that if it's just crunched up and the wiring and stuff is still good (and it runs and checks out mechanically) and you dont have to pay an arm and a leg for the new cab and bed, then yeah it's worth it, if it's a PSD. i'm not a big Triton fan so i dunno if i'd bother if it was a gasser.
