Who runs Bilstien shocks?

By 2-3" of lift, do you mean your new 3 leaf springs make it sit 2-3" over a stock F350? Or 2-3" over your original clapped out f250 set up? There is a BIG difference

If it is 2-3 over a clapped out F250 height it will fit fine.

if it is 2-3" over a stock F350 then you are borderline on going to longer shocks

I've got about 5inches of lift. I should do my own homework on it but its worth a shot if someone already has the part number.

I installed Bilsteins all the way around on my truck and it rides GREAT now. I've got the 5100s up front and the HDs on the rear. Highly recommended.

I got them on the van. They were like night and day going from the old Ranchos to these, they keep the wheels glued to the ground. Not sure what model I got but they had some heavy duty RV version for the van so I got those. Those things were so damn STIFF, it took me quite a while to figure out how to get them on. I had the suspension fully swung down and had to do some serious man handling of the shock to get it installed. Then of course the clearance in the van only allows for about one click of a ratchet while tightening the top bolts on them.

i had that problem installing my front shocks. they were so stiff i spent 45 minutes each side getting them in place.

Above f250 height. I can measure them etc. This will be the first set I have put on a street truck. What are the recommended compression/extension sizes? On my offroad truck, you flex it and see what your limits are etc. But my diesel doesnt exactly flex out.

To find what you need, goto Bilstein's website.... and look in their online catalog... do a search for you vehicle and it will show all available, and the lift height...

MAke sure you are thinking same model etc, there are a lot of differences.

My bad, yes. The f4-b46-1618-ho is what i thought I copied and pasted. I will change my previous post
