What's it worth? 7.3 engine, e40D trans

I'm turning 2 trucks into one and looking to get rid of my 7.3 NA. Has approx 130k with a recently rebuilt injection pump (by Mel's rebuilder btw) and new Delphi BB injectors Also a Jasper reman e40d with supposedly around 15k on it. I have a local guy interested but dunno what a fair asking price would be. If he doesn't bite I'll be throwing it in the marketplace on here along with all the other extra's I'll be ending up with

Id say 800-1200 atleast. Considering the injectors and pump and the low miles.

The last 7.3 I bought, which supposedly runs but has unknown milage I got for $400. Too bad I didn't know you were planning this... could have saved me a trip to Virginia. I'm not much for E4OD's regardless of how good a shape their in. You'd have to pay me to take it.
