it came out of a 91 f350 crewcab dually. title says 98,856 box a miles it could be 198 or even 298 I know but im pretty sure its truly 98,000 the carpet and seats are still like new...and even the foam behind the seat Is still real fresh not a tad crumbly or dry almost moist its nice feeling...truck was in a wreck and im in a pinch for cash is it worth it for me to go as low as 500 for both?

thanks guys

It really seems like it depends on how bad you're pinched for cash on whether it is worth that little for the combo or not.

$500 would be a fair price. I paid $200 for a complete '89 7.3, and $750 for a complete '89 7.3/ZF 4x4 truck.

those prices are consistent with what I am paying for trucks out here.
if you can get $500 for a motor that has been pulled, you're doing pretty good. I will pay that much for a motor only if I can fire it up and hear it run for some time. otherwise, it's $250 for a core. I trust onoone when it comes to a "promise" that it ran good before removal. Noone pulls these damn motors out of a truck without a helluva good reason.

Are you sure it has a C6 tranny, should be an E4OD in a 91. Might be a U-haul engine and tranny if it's really a C6.

Something is FU here. A 91 F350 never had a 7.3 with a C6. A 6.9 had a C6. Check the engine number stamped on a flat drivers side under AC unit.
