I bought one. been wanting to do some water injection on my truck. Too dang hot to mess with it much right now

Is it for HP?..... or cylinder cleaning? What's your thought process?...... or is it like WMO? As in, "well, im dumping this sludge in here.... Wonder what happens if I dumping this in here, too?......"lol.....
