Turbocharger Help! adapter ect!

Hey everyone, im new to the forum and im trying to put a 7.3l turbocharger from a t444e onto my truck, but i dont want to use the pedestal, i need help getting oil to it for my build, can i tap directly into the turbo? has anyone ever cut a plate for oil lines to be ran? i need help and advice. this is where the oil is supposed to go

Whoever spray painted it.. well nevermind.
I've thought about this also. I would drill it out bigger, then tap. You could also make a plate.

i spray painted it.... but it was only because i got the paint and spray paint for free $$$$ its garbage i know but that was the goal of the truck look bad go fast, what sizes would you recommend to drill it? would you recomend taking the turbo apart when drilling or just drill slowly with grease then brake clean it out? i dont want a blown turbo :/

I would take it apart. Be a good time to rebuild it.
And clean the paint from the lube holes. Lol

How hard is it to take apart cause I'll do that if its not to hard to take apart and put back together, would you have a link that I could use for reference in taking it apart and putting it back together?? Thanks for the responses guys!

i would cut a portion off of the top of the pedestal, drill and tap the aluminum. and them make your own "anchor"
i wouldnt drill and tap into the cast iron.
then you can run any variation of the GTP 38
thats the small intake sided turbo anyhow. Early 99, same as the GP38
