Hey guys Im a newbie here, I was just wondering if the torque shift 5 speed auto's that are on the 6.0's will fit up to the 7.3's block, or is at all possible to put it on with out changing a bunch of stuff?

No not without a good amount of work...you would be better off spending it on a really good build for your E4OD.
