The manual was pretty short on how the tranny works....

Does the T/C lock on 2-5 gears with tow haul on?

It sounded like you can downshift the tranny by touching the brakes short twice only with T/H on?

Correct. Unfortunately this isn't the original version of T/H, but it will suffice.

I do know it will slow you down in the 1/4.
