I hear an boost leak or your intake hat isn't tight. Not being there I really can't say much more but something is leaking. After I had my new Moose pump installed at the 2009 ralley I heard something just like what your rig sounds like. I was passing Kingman Az. almost home... Pulled over and found the filter to the turbo had loosened up and was allowing the turbo compresser side make all kinds of turbo noise in the cab. Adjusted it and tightened it up good this time.... No more noise... You might want to look around the turbo intake for a leak. If its an exhaust leak you will see some crabon and soot later on... That boost sure jumps up too. Almost makes me think your gauge is ***** at how fast it climbs... You need to stop smileing too. It hurts after many hours of a long drive.......

no boost leaks of any sort on intake or exhaust side, its so loud because I only have a cone filter clamped onto the turbo and the heater box semi-open into the cab.
As for the gauge being *****, I know just because its new doesnt mean its not broken, but I highly doubt it is. Boost is actually a little slower climbing now that I shortened the WG rod. with the rod in the stock position i was seeing 12-13psi and it would hit it nearly instantly... now it jumps up, and walks up.
Highest EGT I have seen so far was 1100* hammering it like that. I still have a haze of black under full spool and WOT so I think I can turn my fuel screw down just a flat or two and get those EGT's lower.
might have to look into mine. my boost climbs nowhere like that, slowly all the way up to 11 psi max. that swith the wastegate pluged and pump up 2 flats. still has stock ford dp though.
Sounds about right. Before I put the DPS parts in I had my 6.9 pump turned up 2-3flats with B-codes. WG was working and in the stock poistion It would slowly (ish) climb to about 8-9psi. First time I took it out with the DPS stuff I noticed a huge difference right away... WAY more power off the line, faster revving and it slapped 10psi nearly the second I punched it, and would walk up to 12-13psi as the RPM's increased.
This run was with ajustment of the WG rod. The initial climb is a tad slower, but once its up a little bit, as you can see it has no problem boosting.
how u liking the dps injectors?
I like them. I see what people have said about the pintle being non-existent, but I'm still not sure on whether its bad or not. However all of the bad traits i was told i would have. Rough idle, excessive smoke, smokey idle... ect... I dont have any of these issues. Truck fires up no problem... smokes a little cold... then completely goes away. Idles very smooth, and has lots more power now over the 6.9 pump and B codes.
