It looks like in the 3rd pic the wastegate pressure hose (blue) is pinched off by that ziptie to the oil line. If it is pinched it would slow or stop the response of the wastegate, even a chance of it staying open bleeding off boost pressure.

Nice truck, looks like it needs taller tires and to loose that snorkel.

I bought my truck with it gone, but after scavenging a 6.9L-style snorkel that draws air from down near the power steering pump, my operating temperatures dropped ~8 degrees on summer days.

snorkel is gone boys....tho i have all the parts if someone wants them. I went to an AFE big boost with 3" piping right into the turbo. as for the waste gate line i will check that. it will only build 10lbs and takes into the higher rpms to reach that?? i guess that also means that my turbo is wastegated.....any way to get more boost?

As for tires....when these are gone, or come summer it will get something between
285/305/315's just havent decided on a size or tire yet. and the ones on it are fairly fresh

What are 3 ply diesel springs? How much lift is in the rear?

As for tires i would run 315s

they are 3 ply diesel C&C 4x4 springs from what I know. a friend got them for me out of a truck...same truck the front axle came from it was a dually b4 we swapped hubs. The rear packs are a 3.25" block from older f350's, a cut down overload, full overload, the a stock f250 pack with 2 plys from another 250 pack added. The it has the factory upper overloads from a F250

so the rear is hybrid. the from went up about 3" from stock, the rear is up close to 5" ish

i am really considering 315's considering its a 5spd and 4.10s but not sure if its gonna suck too much power?

Ok. Your front springs are either aftermarket or a add-a-leaf was added. You could ONLY get 2 leafs in the front.

truck looks good, just needs some tires to fill the wheel wells
