Hey gys, wondering if theyres something off newer trucks tha tis smaller than the original massive hinking ac heat exchanger and blend door on the passenger side engine compartment?
2009 F-250 has it up completely inside the dash, behind the glove box for AC. Heater core runs in on the drivers side. Fox mustangs use a pretty compact setup, all on the passengers side of the vehicle up in the dash.
heater core on driver side is no bueno but ill look into getting a foxbody one! I actually do have a foxbody that wont be used this winter
that would be nice because I then have a nice unobstructed path to route my downpipe .
thanks BD!
If you google heater core install for fox bodies you'll see it's not that bad to get at. Just don't forget the two studs in the engine bay, holds in the fan and heater/ac box housings.
