Well it's interesting looking. Defintely makes my old hot shot truck look nice even after all the neglect it got after I sold it. I need to find some pics of my '85 from when I first bought it.

I cant see too close but it seems to be a sleeper added onto a IDI. Maybe it was a CCLB and they modified it. I know they make sleepers like that. It looks ugly and cool at the same time lol.

It is most likely a LWB Cab/Chassis truck. Most Hot Shot type haulers were built on Cab/Chassis trucks. Mine was a Cab/Chassis standard cab on a 190"wb. The back of the cab was cut out and a 55" sleeper added to it.
