Searching for a good 6.5L core for rebuilding 1998 - 2000

Hi everybody, I am a retired Vet. I just bought a K3500 with a seized engine... turned out that the whole engine from top to bottom was toasted. All rods were seized, both heads cracked, the block has cracks in a cyl, cracks in the deck, but the mains and web were fine... go figure...

So now I am searching for a good block, preferably a 599 ... but a clean 506 will do. I have some money saved up to get it.

If you know somebody that would be willing to help me with a good block at a reasonable price, please pass it on to me.

Tell ya what.... quit looking for a 6.5 core, and start looking for Bigfoot...... when you find him, he'll have your 6.5 core...... just a thought.....

Freight is the kicker.
So keep looking local... something will turn up.
