Radio doesn't work

Hey my 91 intercooled radio doesn't work I got a new one hooked it up right and nothing. I checked the fuse it has power on both ends so it's not there then I check the wiring harness power and nothing. What could be the problem? Is it my fusible links and if so where?

You probably have a bad wire between the fuse box and the radio. The fuseable links are under the hood on the driver's side fender. You could check for power on either side of the links.
