No power brakes at low speed...

When I am at idle or low speed in my truck it seems like I dont have any power brakes...but as my speed increases it gets better...is this my vaccum pump or could this be somethin else....what should the vacuum gauge read when I test it...I wouldnt imagine any more them a few pounds...???

sounds like the vac pump is on its way south.you should have around 14"HG of vaccum
