I just ordered some more gauges for my S-1600. I was wanting to install an intake air temp gauge, but could not find such a thing on Summit.
Any body else ever found one and had good results?
My gauge order included another Auto Meter 1600* pyrometer, 0-100 psi oil pressure, and a 100-250* engine oil temp gauge.
I already have one AM pyro in the truck so I think I am going to monitor each bank at cylinders 7&8. Any one here ever done this on the IDI?
While I was making the order the Gtech Pro RR caught my eye
Impulse buy! So I will be posting some temp and pressure numbers as soon as I get it all hooked up. Guess some dump truck 0-60 and 1/4 mile times with the Gtech will get posted as well.
Goodies should be here tomorrow or friday. I have dump truck work lined up for saturday and sunday, so im gonna try to get it all put in as soon as it all shows up. I am shooting for monday to post some numbers.
Almost forgot. Where should I mount the oil temp sender?
