need help timing 6.2

Is there anyone in western pa with the tool to help me correctly time my burb? Kjust put baby moose, New injectors and glow plugs in so shouldn't be to much of a fight. I'm located in Johnstown pa 15904

Hell, you just bought a pump from Mel, I bet he could time it for you. Google maps puts him at 3.5 hours away from you.
