when i went to pull my friends teeter tottering mustang hi centered in his drive way before it when for a hell ride in to the lake i couldn't get it in 4 low ? do i need to adjust it?

my 4 wd shift *** vibrates at idle? normal?

no tail lights or license plate lights. wheres the ground?
got: 4 ways,revers, and brake lights? checked fuses

i got pulled over and a ticket
i hacked in the stop light switch for trailer brakes could this do it?

my 4wd lever vibrates like hell at idle in gear also. annoying as hell.
