I had a 99 Ford cutaway with a 10 foot box, roll up door, single rear wheels and a 6 cyl/auto. Bought it in 2004 for $9100 and sold it in 2008 for $7500. I LOVED that truck and had to force myself to sell it after it pretty much sat for a year. I was doing remodeling and changed to management and did not need it any more. When I bought it, it had 92K on it and when I sold it it had 165K on it. The only money I spent on maintenance it was:

2 tires
oil changes
transflush/fill

The reason I liked it so much as it was really, really easy to get in and out of dozens of times a day, was good on gas (15-16 mpg) around town and comfy to ride in. Took some time to get her sorted out storage wise, but once I did she was a great truck.
