missing going through gear's

so got the ts chip for my truck and its starting to sound like it has a miss in it when u put it to the floor changing gear's, it does it in all the setting's and stock setting, does anybody know what this could be? thanks

I think I'd be looking at the DMFW.

changed the fuel filter today it was black, looked like sludge coming out when you squeezed it so i guess i have a bad o ring on a injector? maybe the chip just made it get worse or something, figured this might be a problem to why it's missing
