Leaky return line

I just did all new return lines and new injectors last year, It looks like it is leaking from the bottom of the cap, it is the one that is on the drivers side rear to the return tank. What do you guys recommend a whole new return line kit? Or should I pull the cap and try a different cap?

Pull the cap, install new o'rings, lube the o'rings, push the cap back on til you hear a snap, should be seated. Crank up and check for leak.
