Injector help

Bought a set of injectors for my 93 7.3idi , managed to get all but one out half were bb half e code most did not have the copper washer on, number two injector unscrewed and bottom sleeve is stuck inside, I managed to get the spring and needle out, I tried a hook pic, but its stuck, I would assume no cooper washer, any ideas would be appreciated, also a couple holes with soft carbon, how to clean out
