That's the wrench I used. I had to file it down to fit. I cut a slot in the 5/8 side to fit over the fuel line to R&R injector lines.

Is there a way to tell if it is actually my injection pump that is bad. I don’t want to buy one and not have that be the problem

Doesn’t seem to have the power it did when I bought the truck. I have a new compressor wheel coming for my turbo since my wheel is missing some of the blades. So I’m blaming the no boost on that.

What would cause my timing to be off all the sudden

As they wear, timing will change. Maybe it happened over time and you just noticed it?
Still worth a shot.
