Dealer has a truck close to what I want except for a few extras I don't want...

Dual alternators... whats the downside other than cost of having two? I don't have a trailer so i really don't need them. Are they more trouble?

Snow plow package... what does this include?

The only downside that I can think of is that the serpentine belt is an odd length, so you might want to buy a spare to have on hand just in case...

It includes X-springs and, IIRC, a bigger tranny cooler (I'm not completely sure about the cooler, though).

The dual alternators on the 6.0 uses 2 belts. You need 2 different belts.

I'll be damned--my '02 7.3 uses a single belt with dual alts.
