The system came from a guy named Joel wolf out of Ojai Ca. www.vegpoweredsystems.com the site was down just now but maybe word is finally getting out about his work ...or lack of !
It is a 37 Gal tank with what appears to be a home made heat exchanger that does not even go all the way to the bottom of the tank and neither did the pick up tube until I added a piece of hose when I cut the tank open, there was also some sludge in the tank but I cleaned it the best I could. he also used a 30 micron filter in the racor 1000 or 900 which clogged the Injector pump internal filter according to the rebuilder. I filter my oil by long periods of setteling then filter through a 100 micron barrel filter then pump into 5 gal buckets with a 1 micron sock filter from duda diesel.
If I knew how to really use this site I would post photos but I cant figure it out ! I am in need of some assistance and will be taking my truck to a guy in Camarillo who is supposed to be pretty good and knows the previous mentioned fraudulent clown I spoke of earlier !

Well, the problems I see are;

1) Filtering from 100 micron to 1 micron is not an effective method. You need to either add more filters and step it down more gradually or purchase a centrifuge. If you want to stick with filters, I'd go with something like 100,50,20,10,10,5,1. That oughta cut down on your impurities quite a bit and your 1 micron won't plug up as much.

2) Do you know what temp the oil is starting to flow into your engine before you switch it over? Again, I'm a WMO guy but every WVO user I've spoken with states that this is critical, you never want to turn on your WVO until you're up to the proper temp. I would go with a FPHE that's near your injectors so you aren't just relying on his cobbled together heating exchager. I *think* those run > $125.

3) Are you thinning the WVO at all? I know quite a few people run it straight when they get it up to temp but just to start out, you might want to start thinning your WVO until you have a feel for how your truck runs and what is and isnt' working.

4) How's your lift pump? Are you sure that the oil isn't too thick and you didn't starve your injection pump?

Hopefully others will chime in but these are the obvious one's that jump out at me.
