Well, the problems I see are;
1) Filtering from 100 micron to 1 micron is not an effective method. You need to either add more filters and step it down more gradually or purchase a centrifuge. If you want to stick with filters, I'd go with something like 100,50,20,10,10,5,1. That oughta cut down on your impurities quite a bit and your 1 micron won't plug up as much.
2) Do you know what temp the oil is starting to flow into your engine before you switch it over? Again, I'm a WMO guy but every WVO user I've spoken with states that this is critical, you never want to turn on your WVO until you're up to the proper temp. I would go with a FPHE that's near your injectors so you aren't just relying on his cobbled together heating exchager. I *think* those run > $125.
3) Are you thinning the WVO at all? I know quite a few people run it straight when they get it up to temp but just to start out, you might want to start thinning your WVO until you have a feel for how your truck runs and what is and isnt' working.
4) How's your lift pump? Are you sure that the oil isn't too thick and you didn't starve your injection pump?
Hopefully others will chime in but these are the obvious one's that jump out at me.
