Grinding?

i have a grinding sound coming from my engine it’ll randomly come and go. Definitely not from the transmission. If anyone can explain how to post a video on here I have a video of it

Grinding noise isn't good. What year and is it stock, rebuilt, etc? Are you sure it's internal or could it be one of your pulleys, alternator, water pump, etc? Have you cut apart an oil filter to look for any metal?

He figured out it had something to do with the fan and idler pulley and started a different thread, we're still waiting for closure. You know these things go.
