So I called to order a coupla turbo drain grommets, gaskets, and top intake seals. I was sitting there with My CC ready, and Erick asks,
"Is that all You need today?"
Me: "Yeah"

Erick: "OK then We'll get them out today, should see them in 3-5 business days."

Me: "What do I own Ya?"

Erick: "No charge for gaskets"

Now THAT is what customer service used to be like everywhere!

Gotta give Banks Props!

Thats impressive. I could understand if you had bought some moderately priced items from before but to just give it to you is something I haven't heard of before. I wonder if he was just clearing old stock. Either way, good for you!

thats really good for you, When I finally got them to answer (took a few tries) they told me the stuff was obsolete and they couldnt help me. I swear by hypermax and hope to NEVER have anything banks related at all.

I ordered a new Y and up pipe from them for my pre-sidewinder setup. they were in stock. 4 weeks later after parts being mis-shipped, and me having to manage communications with the company I finally received my y and up pipes.

In Banks defense, you can't take 1 bad experience with a company. I do wish they would have done something to make up for a month delay in receiving parts. Or at least been proactive in communication. I probably won't buy from Banks again do to my experience. Glad yours was better.
