do yourself a favor and google up "utica tool". That's the maker of your torque wrench. Don' ask me how I know this:eek: There's service facilities still around that will sell parts for your torque wrench and they should be able to calibrate it too. If not, your Snap-On retailer will be able to get it calibrated for you.
I've been following your saga, I just don't have anything to add to your trials and tribulations...-cuss-cuss-cuss

Bad Luck

Sorry to hear your bad luck today.:sorry: You remind me of what my Mom used to say about our family," If it wasn't for all of our bad luck we wouldn't have any luck at all". LOL.:D Hope you have better luck with your truck. Jim

Well today I finished torqueing down both heads I really don't like the new wrench at all. Its just a piece of crap. Thanks Towcat... I will look them up and fix my wrench thats for sure. I have the intake installed but have run out of time. Gotta do for the wifey now..... Does she know if this isn't ready it wont be useable when she wants it???:dunno Time will tell what happens next. I really couldn't figure out what the next "item" to pop up and slow me down any more than has already been done to me.... Sometimes I feel like I'm running for my life with a piano on my back......

smile.
you could have shelled out 50k for a 6.0 F350 CC dually and be pulling the trailer with the "glue on the hoof" inside and have the plastic IC pipe pop off as you're climbing the grapevine......you really would have some new word for Fords in your vocabulary:D
Oh yea, once that pipe pops off once, it don't like staying on when you reattach it.
