I am resealed my whole engine in my 05 F350 and I ended up doing a little extra work then I first planned. I installed KDD Icon heads, KDD stage 2 cam, Johnson Lifters, ARP 2000 head studs, ARP Main Studs, ARP rod bolts, Odawg SR2 intake Manifold, KC HD water pump, Rudy's ported exhaust manifolds, Rudy's up pipes, Driven fuel bowl delete, and Air dog 5G 165gph lift pump. I haven't ran the truck yet because I'm doing some body work while the cab is off. So basically why I made this post is in the box with the rod bolts and main studs on the bottom of the directions it says to resize the rods and mains. I have a buddy that helped me with my truck and he has a 04 F350 6.0 that he pulls with pretty much the same setup but different cam and heads and he didn't resize his rods or mains and has had zero issues. I am wondering if anyone on here has any experience with the main studs and rod bolts and did they resize there rods and mains. My engine turns over smoothly when spinning it by hand. I have a lot of money tied up in my truck now and my buddy said it will be ok but am worried that I'm not going to have the same luck as my buddy. Any thing helps, thanks for reading.

What is your goals with this engine?
Typically 6.0 rods will bend or snap before the rod bolts are a problem, and the mains are plenty strong for more power than the stock rods will take.
